CS Team Enablement
Your team is capable of more. Let's close the gap.
Investing in your team is one of the highest-leverage decisions you can make as a CS leader. Most do not have a dedicated enablement function and you cannot do it all yourself. That is exactly where I come in.
Custom scoped engagements starting at $1,500. Format and investment defined together.
From inconsistent
to standardized — a team that executes the same motion with the same quality across every account
From theory
to execution — skills, habits, and confidence built around your real customer motion
From reactive
to proactive — a team that anticipates customer needs instead of firefighting

The Cost of Getting This Wrong
Your strategy is only as strong as the team executing it.
Most CS leaders invest heavily in getting the strategy right. Few invest enough in making sure the team can actually deliver it. The gap between the two is where churn lives, expansion stalls, and customer relationships slowly erode.
Inconsistent customer experiences
Every CSM runs their accounts differently. Some customers get a great experience. Others do not. There is no standardized motion, no shared playbook, and no way to know which customers are getting the best of your team.
Renewals and expansions left to chance
Your team knows what they are supposed to do. But without the skills and structure to execute it confidently, renewal conversations become reactive and expansion opportunities get missed.
New hires take too long to ramp
Without a clear enablement foundation, every new CSM learns on the job. They pick up bad habits, reinvent the wheel, and take months to reach effectiveness. Your best people spend their time coaching instead of leading.
Your strategy does not stick
You roll out a new motion. The team nods along. Two weeks later everyone is back to doing it their own way. Without structured enablement, change does not land.
Leadership cannot see what is working
When execution is inconsistent, the data is noisy. You cannot tell if the strategy is wrong or if the team is not executing it. You end up fixing the wrong problem.
Your best people get frustrated
High performers do not want to work in a team where standards are unclear and execution is uneven. Without investment in team capability, your strongest CSMs look for environments that take their development seriously.
Not Generic Training
Built around your team, your customers, and your real customer motion.
We build the habits, skills, and execution capability your team will use every day.
GENERIC TRAINING
- Off-the-shelf content that does not reflect your customer motion
- Delivered once and forgotten within weeks
- No connection to your actual playbooks or processes
- Theory heavy, execution light
Working with Angeline
- Built around your real accounts, your real challenges, and your real goals
- Designed to change how your team executes, not just what they know
- Directly connected to your existing strategy and operating model
- Practitioner-led by someone who has built and scaled CS orgs at every stage
How We Deliver
The format is built around what your team actually needs.
Every engagement is scoped to your team’s specific gaps and goals. Depending on what we agree together, your engagement may include any combination of the following.
FORMAT 01
Team Workshops
Live, interactive sessions delivered online built around your real customer motion.
FORMAT 02
Focused Skills Training
Targeted training on one specific skill or playbook. Could be standalone or delivered as a series.
FORMAT 03
Enablement Series
A transformational multi-session program designed to shift how your entire team operates over weeks or months.
FORMAT 04
Roleplay and Scenario Practice
Scenario-based training where your team practises real situations with live feedback.
Who This Is For
This is for CS leaders who are serious about what their team can deliver.
This is for CS leaders who know their team is capable of more and are ready to invest in closing the gap.
You are rolling out a new CS motion and need the team to execute it consistently
You have defined the strategy. Now you need your team to actually run it with confidence, consistency, and a shared understanding of what good looks like.
Your team knows what to do but cannot do it consistently
The playbooks exist. The process is defined. But execution varies wildly across the team. The gap is costing you retention and expansion revenue.
You are scaling fast and need to ramp new hires quickly
Growth is happening but your enablement foundation is not keeping up. New CSMs are taking too long to reach effectiveness and your best people are spending too much time coaching instead of leading.
You have inherited a team that needs a reset
New role, existing team, inconsistent habits. You need to establish a new standard of execution fast without demoralizing the people who have been doing it a different way.
Why Work With Me
I have been in the room.
I know what your team is up against.
I am not a training facilitator who teaches CS theory. I have led CS teams, built CS orgs from scratch, and been the person responsible for whether the team executes or falls short. I know what good execution looks like at every stage and I know exactly what gets in the way.
When I work with your team I am not bringing a slide deck. I am bringing 17 years of practitioner experience, pattern recognition across dozens of CS orgs, and a direct, honest approach to building the skills that actually move the needle.
I have built teams that had to figure it out with no playbook
I know what it takes to build team execution from scratch and what to prioritize to get there without the trial and error.
I have led teams through every stage of scale
I know what breaks as you scale, what skills the team needs at each stage, and how to build capability before the cracks show.
I have delivered enablement that actually sticks
The difference is specificity. Everything is built around how your team works, who your customers are, and what they need to do differently.
I have made the mistakes so your team does not have to
17+ years of building, scaling, and fixing CS teams means I know what to avoid and I bring that into every engagement.
Practical, focused, and built around your team's real work.
Every session is designed around your team's specific reality:
your customers, your playbooks, your gaps.
How It Works
Clear process.
Defined outcomes. No surprises.
Every engagement starts with a conversation and ends with a team that can execute.
01
Discovery Call
We start with a 30-minute conversation. You tell me about your team, your gaps, and what you are trying to change. I ask the hard questions and give you an honest read on what your team actually needs and whether this engagement is the right fit.
02
Scoping and Proposal
Based on our conversation I put together a clear scope including objectives, delivery format, timeline, and investment. You know exactly what you are getting before we start.
03
Design and Build
I design the materials, scenarios, and session structure around your team's real customer motion, your playbooks, and your specific goals. You review and shape everything before it goes in front of your team.
04
Delivery
I work directly with your team throughout the engagement, whether that is a single focused session or a multi-month program. Every session challenges their thinking, builds their skills, and moves them closer to consistent, confident execution.
05
Wrap-up and Next Steps
I share all session materials and key takeaways with your team. From there we can explore additional coaching or consulting or you walk away with everything you need to keep the momentum going.
Still got questions?
Here is what most CS leaders ask before we start.
Can we not just train our team internally?
You can but internal training is almost always generic, inconsistent, and delivered by people who are still figuring things out themselves. The value of external enablement is specificity, practitioner credibility, and the outside perspective that challenges how your team thinks and works. Your best people can lead internally once the foundation is built. Until then, investing in external expertise is the faster, more effective path.
How is this different from your consulting?
Consulting builds the system. Team Enablement teaches your team to run it. In a consulting engagement I come in and design the strategy, structure, and operating model. In a team enablement engagement I work alongside your team to build the skills and execution habits to deliver that strategy consistently. They are complementary and many clients do both.
How is this different from 1:1 coaching?
Coaching develops an individual leader. Team Enablement develops your entire team. If the gap is in your CS leader’s confidence, strategic thinking, or executive presence, coaching is the right investment. If the gap is in how your team executes day to day, this is.
What should I budget for this?
Team enablement engagements are custom scoped to your team’s specific gaps and goals. After our discovery call I put together a clear proposal with everything laid out: format, deliverables, timeline, and investment. You know exactly what you are getting before we start. Engagements start at $1,500.
How is the investment calculated?
Several factors shape the final investment:
- Format and delivery type — a single focused session is a very different engagement from a multi-session enablement series combining workshops, coaching, and playbook builds
- Engagement length — a one-hour skills training session costs less than a three-month programme
- Topic complexity — a brand new topic built around your specific customer motion requires more design and build time than something I have delivered before
- Deliverables — engagements that include playbooks, templates, or recorded content require additional build time beyond the sessions themselves
What does a typical engagement look like?
Every engagement is different because every team is different. Some clients need a single focused workshop. Others need a multi-month program combining workshops, coaching, and playbook builds. We scope it together based on your team’s specific gaps and goals.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends entirely on what we scope together. A focused workshop can be delivered in as little as two hours. A series of enablement sessions across a team can run for several months. We define the timeline together before we start.
