How is this different from Lead2Scale or your other programs?
Lead to Scale is a cohort built around a structured CS curriculum which great if you want peer learning and a defined framework. This is different. There’s no fixed curriculum here. Every session is built around you — your org, your challenges, your goals. Many clients do both: a program for the foundation and 1:1 advisory to apply it to their specific context.
How is this different from your CS Consulting?
Coaching is an investment in you as a leader. Consulting is an investment in your business. In coaching we work on how you lead: your confidence, your executive presence, your strategic thinking, and your ability to drive CS at the highest level. In consulting I come into your business and build the strategy, structure, and operating model your CS org runs on. One develops the leader. The other builds the system. Some clients do both and the combination is powerful. But if you are trying to decide between the two, ask yourself this: is the gap in the person leading CS, or in the foundation CS is running on? That will point you to the right answer. If you are still unsure, book a discovery call and we will figure it out together.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
That’s exactly what the consultation call is for. I’ll give you an honest recommendation based on your goals, timeline, and where you are right now. If a program or consulting engagement is a better fit, I’ll tell you that too.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. Infact, many do. Professional development budgets exist for exactly this kind of investment. If your company reimburses learning and development, this qualifies. Just ask for an invoice and I will have it ready. Mention it on the discovery call and we will sort it out from there.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, for Intensive and Executive Partner. Intensive is available as 3 monthly payments of $1,960, and the CS Executive Partner is available as 6 monthly payments of $1,750. Sprint and Core are single-payment only.
What does the 50% program discount include?
