Here's what most people ask before booking their strategy call.
What if I need more or fewer than 6 sessions?
If your challenge is narrower, we can scope a shorter engagement on the strategy call and I'll quote it based on what you need. If you need more, many leaders extend after the initial 3 months. Some continue on a monthly cadence and some scope a longer or more intensive engagement upfront.
How are sessions delivered?
Sessions run on Zoom, 60 minutes each, ideally every two weeks. We can adjust the timing to fit your schedule. You get a recurring calendar link when we start. I work with clients across time zones and we find a slot that works consistently for both of us.
How is this different from Lead2Scale?
1:1 coaching is private, custom, and paced around your specific situation. You get direct access to my thinking on what you're solving for, with no fixed curriculum.

Can my company pay for this?
Yes. Most of my clients get their coaching covered through their L&D budget, their manager's discretionary spend, or as part of a leadership development plan. I'll provide an invoice and a business case template if you want one.
What if I'm too early in my career for 1:1 coaching?
I work with Founding CS Leaders, Directors, VPs, Heads of CS, and CCOs. What matters more than title is whether you're ready to lead CS as a business function. If the 1:1 investment feels early for you, Lead2Scale is a more accessible entry point with the same coaching approach in a group setting.
