Hi, I'm Angeline.

I’ve been in Customer Success for 17 years.

I’ve worked as the founding CSM, led teams as a manager, stepped into the VP role, and helped scale CS across four B2B SaaS startups. I’ve built organizations from the ground up, owned revenue targets, and learned what it takes to grow a high-performing CS team.

I understand the pressure of leading CS without the right structure. I’ve led both service-focused and revenue-owning teams. I’ve also coached dozens of CS leaders through the shift from reactive support to strategic growth partner.

I started CS RevSpeak to help others make that shift. My mission is to help you lead with clarity, build systems that scale, and position Customer Success as a growth engine that moves the business forward.
